We're not here to spy on you. This policy explains what data we actually collect (spoiler: not much) and what we do with it.
When you visit, we automatically see some basic tech info:
This is just standard web stuff that every site sees.
Your browser saves your Relic preferences locally:
This stuff never leaves your device. It's all stored in your browser's local storage. You can nuke it anytime through browser settings or the "Clear Cache" button.
We use Firebase to show the "X users online" thing on the homepage. That's literally all it does - counts active sessions anonymously.
Just to be clear:
The minimal data we collect helps us:
We use Google ads. They track stuff to show relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized ads at Google Ads Settings.
More info: How Google uses data
Firebase handles the online user counter. It's run by Google. Their privacy policy: Firebase Privacy
Third-party games and apps have their own privacy policies. We don't control those.
The proxy/search feature:
Heads up: Your school/work network can still potentially see your traffic depending on their setup. The proxy hides it from the sites you visit, not necessarily from your network admin.
Here's what tracks you:
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some stuff might break.
We try to keep things secure with HTTPS and minimal data collection. But nothing on the internet is 100% secure, so keep that in mind.
If you're under 13, you shouldn't be here. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you're 13-17, get your parents' permission before using the site.
You can:
Since most data lives on your device anyway, you've got full control.
The site is hosted in the US. If you're accessing from somewhere else, your data might pass through US servers. By using Relic, you're cool with that.
Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" feature. We don't really respond to it since we're barely tracking anything anyway.
This policy might get updated. Check back occasionally. The "Last Updated" date at the top tells you when we last changed something.
CCPA gives you extra rights if you're in California. We don't sell personal info, so most of this doesn't apply. But you've got the right to know what we collect (covered above) and request deletion (use the Clear Cache button).
GDPR gives you rights like accessing your data, deleting it, and opting out. Most of your data is on your device, so you already have control. For the rest, use the features built into the site.
